 All businesses are required to submit to South African Human Rights commission, a PAIA manual. This manual is also required to be shown on the business website.
These should have been submitted by end of 2005 but the deadline was extended to end of 2011. However, any company that employs more than 50 employees, needed to submit manual by end of 2005. More information on the SA Human Rights Commission website : www.sahrc.org.za |
